Our Process, Step by Step
First, we'll determine your needs. Target audience, existing marketing materials, and goals of the website are some of the things addressed in our Client Needs Survey. This survey helps us capture information from you that we need to make your project a success.
After you finish the survey, we will create several rough design looks for you to review. You choose your favorite. Meanwhile, you will gather all the content for your website. This is the most work intensive part of the project, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get it done! All the content is needed BEFORE creating the finished site, as the content has a direct impact on the architecture and navigation of your site. We can take care of domain name registration and web hosting setup at this time.
Once you send in your finished content in electronic format, either by email or CD, all the pages of your site will be created and all content will be placed on those pages. You will then have access to your site via a private username and password to review the site and make any changes or corrections necessary. Changes and corrections totalling more than 2 hours will be billed at an additional hourly rate.
When you approve all aspects of your site, we are ready to launch! All files will be moved to your live site server and the site will be live on the web for the world to view. You will have access to your live website folder. If you'd like to make updates and changes yourself, you are done! If you'd like us to take care of your website maintenance, we can present you with a variety of maintenance plans depending on your needs.
